You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund.
- This must arrive back with us within the 14 days
- It must be un-opened and un-used so it can be re-sold
- You will be refunded the same way you paid excluding the postage cost

Please return to Missu Returns, 104 Park Road, Wigan, Lancashire, UK, WN6 7AQ. Along with a note including your name, address, contact number/email, the order number and your reason for return. This can take up to 14 days to process.
If your order has arrived damaged then this is the reponsibility of the courier. (Royal Mail, UK Mail, FedEx) You must get in touch with them to make your complaint.
If you beleive the item is faulty or defective and is not due to damage in transit then you must return it to: Missu Exchanges, 104 Park Road, Wigan, Lancashire, UK, WN6 7AQ. Along with a note including your name, address, contact number/email, the order number and your reason for return. This can take up to 14 days to process.
Once we recive the item(s) back it will be investigated and sometimes returned to the manufacturer for further investigation. A decission will then be made as to whether we beleive the item is in fact faulty. If we beleive the product is not faulty we will return it to you and assist you with how to use it correctly. If we beleive it is faulty we will either exchange or issue a credit note for the item.

3-5 working day delivery [UK & Northern Ireland]:
This shipping service is free, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for, delivery is expected between 3 and 5 working days. Also, you will not receive any tracking information. You can request this from us, however, this information is only available to us once delivery has been attempted. If you order after 2:30pm we can not guarantee that your parcel will be dispatched the same day. Likewise if you order on a weekend your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
1-2 working day delivery [UK & Northern Ireland]:
For 1-2 day delivery service please order before 12pm. Likewise if you order on a weekend your order will not be dispatched until Monday. This shipping service costs £9.50 + VAT (£11.40), we use UK Mail (DHL) however, when travelling to Northern Ireland this may then transfer to an alternative courier. Delivery can be expected between 1 and 2 working days (not guarnanteed next day delivery) PLEASE NOTE NORTHERN IRELAND we can no longer offer 1-2 day delivery, we can only offer a 48 hour service. You will receive tracking information from UK Mail via email and or text. They will always try to give you a 1 hour time slot for delivery, but this is not guarnateed. Orders after 12pm may not be dispatched the same day, and definately not after 2pm.
International Shipping [Outside UK]:
This service costs £11.99 (No VAT) However, if your order is over £199 then it is absolutely FREE. We use FedEx for our international shipping. Delivery can be expected up to 7 working days depending on your location. Please note, some countries are excluded, if you can not find your country on our drop down menu then we can not ship to your area. You will not receive tracking information unless you have provided the correct email address at the time of ordering. You can email us to request tracking information. Orders after 12pm may not be dispatched the same day, and definately not after 2pm. (UK time) Likewise if you order on a weekend your order will not be dispatched until Monday. We ship your order with the correct and necassary information for it to clear customs on the border. We are not responsible for any charges of import tax etc, so please check with your own customs before ordering. If you reject your parcel due to refusing to pay the tax then the parcel will be destroyed and we will not issue a refund.
Damage and Loss:
missu endevour to pack and post your items with the greatest of care. Once the parcel is dispatched it is then not our responsibility. Any damage complaints must be reported to the courier, we can provide you with a contact number and your parcel’s tracking number.
