UK Delivery – from £3.99+VAT
We use Royal Mail trackable service for all our UK parcels. You will receive the tracking information via email if you provide us with the correct email address. They will always try to give you a time slot for delivery, but this is not guaranteed. Orders after 11am may not be dispatched on the same day, and definitely not after 1pm. Likewise if you order on a weekend your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
International Delivery – from £15.99
We use Fedex International Delivery service for all our international parcels. You will receive the tracking information via email and or text if you provide us with the correct email address and telephone number.
We ship your order with the correct and necessary information for it to clear customs on the border. We are not responsible for any charges of import tax etc, so please check with your own customs before ordering. If you reject your parcel due to refusing to pay the tax then the parcel will be destroyed and we will not issue a refund.
DAMAGE & LOSS:
MISSU always packs and posts your items with the greatest of care. Once the parcel is dispatched, unfortunately it is then not our responsibility. Any damage complaints must be reported to the courier, we can provide you with a contact number and your parcel’s tracking number if needed.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund.
- This must arrive back with us within the 14 days
- It must be un-opened and un-used so it can be re-sold
- You will be refunded the same way you paid excluding the postage cost
- You can also choose to exchange your item – to do this please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within the 14 days.
Please return to Missu Returns, Office B1, Blainscough lane, Chorley, PR7 5HT, the UK. Along with a note including your name, address, contact number/email, the order number and your reason for return. This can take up to 14 days to process.
If your order has arrived damaged then this is the responsibility of the courier. (Royal Mail, UK Mail, FedEx) You must get in touch with them to make your complaint.
If you believe the item is faulty or defective and is not due to damage in transit then you must return it to Missu. Click here to create your return label with Royal Mail.
Once we receive the item(s) back it will be investigated and sometimes returned to the manufacturer for further investigation. A decision will then be made as to whether we believe the item is in fact faulty. If we believe the product is not faulty we will return it to you and assist you with how to use it correctly. If we believe it is faulty we will either exchange or issue a refund.
