Our return policy
If you do need to make a return or exchange, you’re welcome to do so within 30 days.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please email us reporting any issues and await our reply before you return the product. This way you will not incur extra postage costs if the refund is refused.
Please note if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and you will need to cover the cost of this, however we will notify you to discuss this process beforehand. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We really hope you love every MISSU item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
To avoid any extra cost to you, please use the cheapest available shipping option and allow 21 working days for the return to be received into our warehouse, we will then email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method. Once you’ve received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear back into your account.
