Our return policy

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you’re welcome to do so within 14 days. Please note that items purchased using your Points are non-refundable. 

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please email us reporting any issues and await our reply before you return the product. 

Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and you will need to cover the cost of this, however we will notify you to discuss this process beforehand. This does not affect your statutory rights.


We really hope you love every MISSU item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt.

Please email us before sending any products back. We will email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method (please note a standard postage cost will be minused). Once you’ve received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear back in your account.
